Here are some phone numbers you can call if you feel you need to speak to someone now or are having difficulty finding support or resources.   Many crisis lines and support lines utilize people who have experienced their own life difficulties, please, be comfortable and reach out.  IF YOU ARE SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING HARMING YOURSELF OR TAKING YOUR LIFE, CALL 911.

Allegheny County Peer Support Warmline Service

​1-866-661-WARM (9276) staffed 9:00 am – 1:00 AM daily

 

The Warmline is staffed by mental health consumers who provide support to peers by telephone. All phone calls received are kept confidential and callers remain anonymous. Our Telephone Support Specialists are trained to actively listen to their peers, empathize with their concerns and empower individuals to choose their path to wellness and recovery.
